Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another when it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather or other unforeseen delays — we appreciate your patience.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products (unless they arrived damaged or defective — see below).
How to Initiate a Return
Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and any further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This helps us get your new goodies to you as quickly as possible.
We take great care in packing every order, but mistakes can happen. If you receive:
A damaged or defective product
The wrong item
A missing item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including shipping costs.
Because we use natural, plant‑based ingredients, some products may contain allergens such as nut oils or essential oils. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before applying any new product to a larger area.
If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. While we formulate with care, we cannot accept liability for individual reactions. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
