All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. As soon as it ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the date your order ships.
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding — and we promise your package is worth the wait.
We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, we may use various reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout.

The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not profit from shipping — rates reflect what our carriers charge us.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely by country — we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to correct it — but once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Tree Hut Shea’s Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:
Check with neighbours or your local post office
Wait an additional 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely
If the package remains missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
For packages that are significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
Need to change or cancel your order? Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. After that, your order may already be processed and cannot be modified.
